Be Healthy, Be Alkaline

Many paths to alkilinity.  Many paths to health.

HAVE YOU TRIED  TO GET BETTER , OR BE WELL, BY FOLLOWING A PLAN, BUT  IT DIDN'T WORK? 

After I broke my leg skiing about 1989ish, with a size 44 waist, I started my own rehab called jogging.  I had no clue I was alkalizing my body.  Sibling rivalry got me into marathon running.  I was never sick.  I had no clue I was alkalizing my mind.

In 2000, 14 marathons later, with a 34 waist, and with the birth of a beautiful baby, I needed to spend time at home, not time on the street training for the next marathon.  I re-visited Yoga.  I was clueless that I was alkalizing my body and mind .  I was never sick.

2018 was one undiagnosed ailment after another.  Several years earlier, I began reading and YouTubing  about  food, water, sustainability, and learning how our mother earth has been becoming toxic, and less diverse.  I was clueless, but put on the full court press.  I added Kundalini Yoga brain protocol meditations, Reiki self healing, acupuncture, alkaline food, and 11.5 pH alkaline water

In today's world, unlike the 1950's world of my childhood, water, food, and air have become toxic.  So multiple strategies to regain health were implemented: Water that is Hi pH, Food that Alkalizes, and Air Breathing techniques to Alkalize.  I am now adding Politics as a strategy for health.
